Arriving for a basketball tournament, the check-in process took far too long, dragging on for nearly 40 minutes. Although we were initially denied military discounts, the helpful employee who eventually assisted us managed to resolve our room assignment issues. Despite a nice room setup, poor bathroom lighting made personal grooming challenging. Breakfast was well-organized and featured a solid menu, but the overall service during our large group's dining experience felt chaotic.

I had a lovely stay overall, enjoying the spacious suite with a kitchenette and the tasty breakfast spread with made-to-order omelets, but the water quality in the room was disappointing.

Additionally, the bathroom amenities lacked necessary toiletries, which was a bit of a hassle during our stay. The evening reception snacks were repetitive over our three-night visit, creating a sense of monotony rather than excitement.

Our experience was delightful! The made-to-order omelets at breakfast were a highlight. We appreciated the spacious suite with a fridge and microwave, making our stay comfortable. The quick check-in process and friendly staff added to the pleasant atmosphere. Don't miss the managers' reception for complimentary drinks!

Diving into some bomb gyu-don dishes at the nearby Jambo Africa was totally the highlight! Plus, the breakfast spread was mouthwatering—gotta love those freshly made options. Honestly, despite some bumps, the staff handled my issues quickly, proving they care about guests.

Now, on the flip side, the room’s gotta get a facelift—too many dings and scuffs for my liking.
